Exchange & Returns

  • We will only allow exchange or refund (whichever deemed applicable) due to manufacturing defect or wrong item sent within 7 working days from dispatch date.
  • Please take a picture of the item and email to us the issue with your order number. We will review and respond with a Return Authorisation number and details on how to process the exchange or refund. We will not process any returns or exchanges without the Return Authorisation number.
  • Item must be returned in ORIGINAL condition (should not be worn, washed, iron, tag or plastic or box removed etc).
  • Customer will be responsible to ensure the return/exchange item is packed and sealed properly for shipping where the cost will be borne by customer. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of mail in connection to these return items.
  • Note that our suggested age for the item may not be for every child. Please click on the size chart on each item or feel free to contact us for approximate sizing information before your purchase as this will not be entertained as a reason for return.
  • Items sold at physical shop (ie. flea markets, fairs etc) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Bom Beep Beep’s decision is final.
